Trish Maunder photo

Trish Maunder is a consultant in Art Education with a B. Ed. from Great Britain and an MA in Art Education from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She creates and presents a variety of art appreciation and expressive arts programs for children and adults, including those with special needs.

Trish is the Creative Programs Director for the African-American Timeline of Art History with Faith Ringgold's non-profit Anyone Can Fly Foundation She creates teacher's kits for use in elementary schools for the Foundation's Art With Kids Grant, her most recent being From Harlem to the Classroom: The Art of African-American Masters for Elementary and Middle School Kids. The kit contains teaching materials about Romare Bearden, Elizabeth Catlett, Aaron Douglas and Jacob Lawrence and includes digital images, teaching posters and lesson plans.

Trish has written and presented a program about the work of Faith Ringgold for the Mural Arts Program of Philadelphia.

She is the content writer for FlatWorld Interactives Inc. a software company that creates highly innovative and fully interactive software for the art education market.
